How to make portals like these in sanc/panda?

I want to make PvP portal rifts like Gamezaion such as 1v1, mixfight, battle of the gods etc. using the Dimensional Vortex npc id 831073. My server doesn't have many players because it needs good events.

I know I have to edit npc_template, but what else should I do? Do I need source?

I really need these but is it possible to do without source?

But if I don't need source to make these battlegrounds, can you guys help me into making a PvP rift using the compiled version? Sorry for rant, I just need to get some answers. I know you guys are really busy fixing bugs here also, but I am really stuck and need a developer to help me. I would also kindly ask if you guys can please add isenemy conditions at "is enemyfrom" and "isaggroiconto" in player.class/player.java so I can events that way.
